COMPLAINT (DAMAGE DURING TRANSPORT)
Complaint procedure
- Please send a message to the email info@igmar.pl
- In the subject of the message, provide the order number or nickname from allegro or account number
- In the body of the message, describe the entire damage
- Attach at least 2 photos of the damaged item and also include a scan or photo of the damage report made with the courier on the day of delivery of the package
- Please choose a way to resolve the dispute from the options below:
- Exchange of the goods for a new one
- Refund of part or all of the amount for the purchased goods
- Discount on future purchases (e.g., free shipping or discount on purchased goods)
- Another proposal for resolving the dispute
- Later, you will wait for contact from our side
IMPORTANT!!!
The date of the damage report cannot be different from the date of delivery of the goods to the specified address - as such reports are automatically rejected by the courier company
You can write a damage report without the presence of the courier only within 1 hour from the moment of receiving the package containing the damaged product

If the buyer is a business, in this case, the responsibility for the damage passes to the courier company. Please submit the appropriate complaint to the carrier delivering the shipment in your own name.
RETURN OF GOODS
The return of goods is possible up to 14 days (inclusive) from the date of receipt. Please carefully pack the goods and send them to: IGMAR ul.Krakowska 37m 38-200 Jasło
You pay for the transport. Cash on delivery is not accepted at the warehouses. Money will be refunded after a thorough inspection of the goods and its condition within 14 days from the date of receipt.
