5) banks maintaining the company's accounts,

Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter referred to as "GDPR") is Igmar Ramut Spółka Jawna based in Jasło 38-200, at ul. Krakowska 37m, the operator of the online store available at www.igmar.pl. Providing personal data by visitors to the online store (Users) is voluntary, subject to the following situations: To place an order, we require the provision of such data as: name and surname, address, email address, phone number. Failure to provide this data will prevent the order from being placed. To send us a contact form, ask a product question, or subscribe to the newsletter, we require the provision of an email address.
Igmar Ramut Spółka Jawna uses the IP address of the computer of the person visiting the online store for technical purposes related to the servers on which the site is maintained. Personal data is generally processed by Igmar Ramut Spółka Jawna for the duration of the contract concluded with the User of the service or until the User effectively objects to the processing of data. In connection with tax and legal obligations, personal data is stored for a maximum period of 6 years from the date of completion of the contract. Personal data may be transferred to entities authorized to receive such data under the provisions of law and to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract to companies supporting us in providing the service, i.e., courier companies, Polish Post, etc., the IP address is encrypted and sent to Google for generating statistics.
