Warranty

The household articles we sell are of the highest quality and are securely packaged, but it may happen that the purchased goods do not fully meet your expectations. In such a situation, you can take advantage of the warranty that covers all products in our online store. Below are the conditions; please read them carefully before submitting a complaint.

CONDITIONS:


  • A 24-month warranty is provided for the product.
  • We guarantee that the purchased goods are new and free from defects.
  • The warranty covers all manufacturing and material defects resulting from the manufacturer's fault.
  • The damaged part of the sold goods is subject to repair or replacement.
  • The complaint will be processed within 7 working days from the date of submission.
  • The warranty does not cover damages resulting from use not in accordance with the usage and care instructions provided on the product packaging. The warranty does not cover mechanical damages (e.g., due to falls, scratches from sharp objects), thermal damages (e.g., overheating of an empty vessel, cracks in heat-resistant dishes, and thermal shock of hot dishes with cold water), chemical damages (e.g., stains resulting from reactions with salt solutions or other chemicals) or intentional damages. Products used contrary to their intended purpose are not subject to complaint.
  • Scratches on stainless steel due to normal use may occur and are not covered by the warranty.
  • A condition for considering the complaint is the delivery of the goods along with the packaging and proof of purchase to the online store igmar.pl
  • After using the warranty, it does not block the customer from making purchases in our online store.
  • Shipping costs and handling fees are not covered by the warranty.
  • In matters concerning this warranty, the provisions of the Civil Code will apply accordingly.
  • The goods are in accordance with the contract if they correspond to the description provided by the seller and are suitable for the purpose specified by the buyer at the conclusion of the contract, unless the seller has raised objections regarding such intended use of the goods. The goods are also in accordance with the contract if they are suitable for the purpose for which such goods are usually used, and if their properties correspond to the characteristics of goods of that kind.
  • The store is exempt from liability under warranty or guarantee if the buyer was aware of the defect at the time of concluding the contract.
  • The store is not liable for non-conformity of the goods with the contract if the buyer was aware of this non-conformity.
